Updating The Shower With Recycled Glass Tiles
Sep 18, 2015

Every morning you get up and you go through the same routine as always—and at one point or another you’re going to be getting in that shower to wash off. But sometimes when you’re already tired and cranky from that alarm waking you from the Land of Nod, you wish you had something soothing to ease you into the daily schedule. That’s why you should update your shower with recycled glass tiles to look like it belongs in some remote vacation getaway spa.
Yes, you can have a dreamy bathroom when you remold the decoration. A lot of people choose to go with bathroom glass mosaic tile. It adds a little depth to the design and makes it far more interesting than one solid color. Others decide it’s time to change the detailing of the shower and tub. This is where the real design fun begins. Using the color palette already present in the room, choose a base and accent color. Then find tiles—they can be stone, metal, or glass bathroom tiles, it doesn’t really matter—and work some magic. Place them in whatever order you like: create a checkerboard or mosaic, maybe even a classic stripe pattern. Do whatever it takes to make you happy with it.
Sometimes all it takes to refresh your mornings is a change in the monotony. By having a newly decorated room (or at least part of it) you can find more enjoyment out of routine.
