Carrara (carrera) marble is a natural stone quarried from the mountains of Carrara ,Italy and is famous for use by legendary architects and designers .Michelangelo’s David , the Roman Pantheon and the pulpit of Italy’s Siena Cathedral are all carved from the stone .Carrara features shining grains and striking ,smoky veins of black and gray .
Quarried on the island of Thassos ,Greece ,White Thassos is a bright white marble .The stone is in high demand due to its minimal variations in color ,and perfectly complements the smokier Bianco Carrara palette .
Non toxic ,no radiation ,chemical resistant ,extreme ,weather resistant .
